The QR configurator

The link you type into the configurator to preview your QR code is used only in your browser to render that preview. It is never sent to our servers or stored anywhere.

When you click “Buy on eBay”

We record the configuration you selected (size, placement, background color, QR color, and whether you added a logo) along with a reference order number, so we can prepare your piece once you complete checkout on eBay. If you upload a logo file, it is stored with Cloudinary, our file hosting provider.

Your actual purchase, payment, and the personalization link you paste at eBay checkout are handled entirely by eBay and governed by eBay's own Privacy Notice. We access order details (such as the order number and the personalization link you provided) through eBay's seller tools, only to identify and produce your order.

Special requests

If you submit the special request form, we store the details you provide (name, company, email, message, and any reference file) to respond to your request.

Who can see this

Order and request information is only accessible to RootYafü for the purpose of production and customer support. We do not sell or share this information with third parties beyond the service providers named above (eBay, Cloudinary, and our email notification provider).
